Your fuse box is sitting in the drain path. On the 2023+ Super Duty, the cowl channels rainwater right down onto the underhood fuse box. All it takes is one cover tab that doesn’t seat fully, and water gets into the fuse box. Then you’re chasing electrical gremlins, or paying for a whole new fuse box.
Ford agrees. Starting with the 2027 Super Duty, Ford added a water diverter from the factory. If you’re driving a 2023–2026, your truck didn’t get one. This is the fix.
The first bolt-in cowl water diverter for the 2023+ Super Duty. The diverter bolts to factory mounting points with stainless hardware, and a captured lock nut keeps it from working loose. It holds firm through heat, vibration, and every time you open the hood. There’s no drilling, cutting, or permanent change to your truck. If you ever want it gone, unbolt it and your truck is back to stock. The tray is wide enough to catch water from all of the cowl’s drainage points, and the floor is angled toward the outlet, so water runs straight to the drain instead of sitting in the tray.

The enclosure is made from carbon-fiber-reinforced acrylonitrile styrene acrylate, a UV-stable, heat-resistant material that holds its shape through Texas summers and engine heat.
The drain hose is flexible silicone that won’t harden, crack, or go brittle with heat and age.
The removable filter tray keeps leaves and debris out of the drain. It lifts out by the pull tab for cleaning, then drops back in.
An integrated 5/8" hose barb outlet sits on the bottom of the tray.
The stainless mounting hardware includes ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber washers and a captured lock nut.
