AirGuard Pro is a leave-in intake guard designed to block large debris (tools, bolts, leaves, etc.) from falling into the intake opening at the front of the engine bay. It’s an evolution of our original temporary cover — this version stays in place and fits both gas and diesel trucks from 2020 to current.

Premium Material Option

AirGuard Pro is available in a carbon fiber–reinforced polymer option for customers looking for a more premium solution. This reinforced material offers increased rigidity, durability, and heat stability, making it well-suited for under-hood environments while maintaining a precise, OEM-style fit.

Optional Filtered Version

Want to take it a step further? AirGuard Pro Filtered includes a washable foam pre-filter insert. It’s not a performance intake filter — but it helps reduce dust, bugs, and small debris from entering the ducting during everyday driving or while off-road.

The foam insert is reusable, cleanable, and easily replaceable.

About the Foam Pre-Filter

The foam filter insert is a 5/16" thick cut-to-fit pre-filter, commonly used in air conditioning and air purification applications. It helps trap pet hair, bugs, bugs, and dust without restricting airflow. While it won’t replace your primary intake filter, it provides an additional layer of protection — especially in dusty or off-road environments.
